When will I receive my first kit?
Kits ship in the [X week] of each month. If you subscribe before [cut-off date], you'll receive that month's kit. Subscribe after, and your first kit will be the following month.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! RAWR Club ships internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. 🐾
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. We are sad to see you go but you can cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing date. No hard feelings — we still appreciate your weird reply. 🐾
What if my kit never shows up?
Give it up to 6 weeks for international delivery — sometimes mail just needs a little extra adventure. Still nothing after that? Drop us a message at jurawr.design@gmail.com and we'll help you out! :D
What's a "weird reply"?
The prompt card inside every kit invites you to draw, write, or create something with that month's word. Share it with #RAWRclub and I'll genuinely look at everything. The best weird replies get featured in the next month's letter. That's the whole club activity~!
